Come and join me

I aim to create an inclusive community through my work/artwork. This journey is uncharted, so I myself am not entirely sure where to go at this moment, especially while coping with brain fog and cognitive distortions. I desperately need to turn my life around and transition to a better phase. I’d love to embark on this journey alongside fellow fighters. If my story resonates with you, I invite you to join me. Let’s survive together.

If I could do anything, I would like to give a hug to those who are contemplating taking their own lives. Because I, too, experience the strong urge to leave this world at times. If you can overcome the strongest urges felt for a mere 30 minutes to an hour, you can conquer the impulse of it. The urges may come back again and again. No one can take away your pain. Only you can overcome it. You are capable. You may have to overcome them repeatedly; nevertheless, better days will surely come.

That said, I also understand the feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. I know how your mind may not function in the darkest moments. Because I’ve been through this phase right now. I hope that each and every one of you can find a way to cope and continue living. Suffering from mental health issues often makes me feel like I’m all alone. Probably, many of you also feel this way. I send you a virtual warm hug when you’re having a hard time.

There are so many people who endure the agony of mental health issues, yet many of us feel loneliness. I wonder if we can change it for the better to share our feelings or something. Unfortunately, not many of us have enough energy to share our ongoing experiences. It’s draining, requiring courage, and you may get hurt. I’ll share my experience in hopes of alleviating your pain. Remember, you are not alone because I’m fighting alongside you, and I’d like to fight with you. I don’t know about you, but I wish you happiness.
