Introduction

I have always been passionate about expressing myself artistically through a variety of mediums. Predominately self taught, drawing and painting have been one of my favorite pastimes since I was young. Creating has had a profound impact on how I see the world, my work as a designer, and how I relate to people.

My art has been described as illustrative and whimsical, and viewers often associate it with children's books. I think this comes from a deep fascination I have for imagination and surrealism. Creating art that tampers with the ordinary allows me explore this interest and share it with others. Alongside these elements,, themes of my work tend to revolve around time, space, nature and fiction.

While I enjoy working with all mediums, I particularly favor watercolor paint and ink pen, ranking digital art a close second. I feel extremely lucky to have had avenues throughout my life to explore different methods of creating, and plan to pursue my artistic skills a life long hobby.
