Digital and physical product design
Context
GSF is a business group dedicated to the design, printing, binding and development of large graphic productions for external clients and in-house creation.
Goals
· Strategic reevaluation of two of their stationery brands, Takenote and Papertrac; and creation from scratch of one of them, Kunnui.
· Creation of the 3 online shops.
· Establish distinctive identities, improve market competitiveness and increase sales.
Role
As a physical and digital product designer, my role was to ensure cohesion between physical and digital product design and marketing strategy, to meet market needs and promote brand growth.
I developed the shops on PrestaShop, adapting templates and organising content taxonomy to facilitate navigation. I optimised functionalities such as user registration, product catalogs, and secure purchasing processes.
We used social media to promote online shops, interact with customers, and launch surveys to gather feedback and tailor products to market demands.
