As a tech-driven initiative, Nooka Space aimed to revolutionise the way professionals experienced remote work, breaking free from the constraints of traditional office environments.

Nooka offers a network of smart offices that are spread across the city, allowing individuals to easily use the app and book a nearby Nooka for their desired amount of time. This innovative approach leads professionals into a new era of work, transforming cities into dynamic hubs of productivity and creativity.

During the discovery phase, we engaged in a series of thought-provoking sessions with the stakeholders to get a comprehensive understanding of the app's scope. After multiple wireframes and design iterations, we came up with a stunning app design that seamlessly integrates all their features.

Users can easily search for nearby Nooka offices on the map, select their preferred date and time slots, or even access Nooka spaces through QR code scanning directly at the location. Inside, users have full control with the app's smart features, allowing them to lock the door, adjust lights, and set the temperature to their liking, which ultimately contributes to a great work experience.

Nooka's website unveils the essence of their innovative product, offers insights into Nooka's unique features and acts as a gateway for potential partners, welcoming both small-scale entrepreneurs and enterprise-level collaborators to join forces with Nooka.

The website showcases dynamic solutions catering to individuals embracing the hybrid work style, as well as to various potential partners like residential developers, airports, retailers, and more.

This easy-to-use platform serves as a central hub for managing workspace locations and brings all essential elements together seamlessly, empowering efficient administration and streamlined operations.

From adding and monitoring offices, housing the user database, creating promotions to efficiently handling payments made through the Nooka app and providing an insightful overview of crucial metrics, offering a comprehensive understanding of all essential happenings within Nooka Space.
