Fintech Consumer Website Redesign (UX/UI, Illustration)
Redesigning a consumer-focused website - aimed at motivating potential businesses to sign up their companies with loyalBe.
The Brief
Redefine the current website with an emphasis on attracting new businesses. The goal is to clearly demonstrate to potential clients what loyalBe offers and how it can benefit their companies. I aimed to clearly explain our offerings and precisely illustrate how our digital loyalty solution, powered by Open Banking technology, streamlines the loyalty reward process, making it seamless for both businesses and consumers.
The Outcome
By creating illustrations, using the brand colour guidelines, and employing a welcoming tone in the content, I developed a refreshed website.
This redesign led to a significant 40% increase in business signups within the first six weeks. Additionally, there was a noticeable decrease in the bounce rate for the new landing page compared to the previous design, demonstrating improved user engagement.
There was also an increase in monthly active users (MAU) as more businesses became acquainted with our platform, indicating a growing interest and enhanced visibility.
