Colorado Truck

This was a dream rig overland Chevy Colorado design I did when I was working at Planetary Design for their BruTrek coffee gear line. We did a lot of promotions with overland coffee costumers and they seemed to really dig it when we did illustrations of different rigs (whether it was one of our company's own, a costumers or a made-up one like this guy).

This design was originally a one color design that incorporated a lot of line work used for a T-shirt illustration (That I'll get uploaded on here soon) for trade shows, then was modified into a full color version to be used for a sticker and then a patch. It worked really well for all three of those physical merch items. The colors were based on some of the coffee gear colors the company had at the time I created these. Just a fun little in-house project.

And fun fact this design was actually one of the first I ever created using Illustrator, it 's a bit crazy knowing that and seeing how far I've come since then.
