After testing a chatbot experience like this on Progressive's Customer Support page and seeing a dramatic dip in customer call rate, amounting about $2.1m in annual projected savings, we then began to test the experience on other pages across the site, like the Car Insurance page here.

The idea being that no matter where they are on the website, customers are able to get help with their policy or quote with the Flo Chatbot experience.
