Fly Shop Website

Over the last year, I've gotten the privilege to finally start working with companies that align with my love for the outdoors– This fly shop in Colorado being one of them.

This design was actually one that was rejected.

The company had just recently had a new logo created before I came on board so this website project was helping develop the new identity a bit further.

While this is probably my favorite of the design options I presented, the company struggled with the challenge of presenting a new brand identity to a pretty loyal customer base who seemed fairly attached to the old logo that featured the Colorado "C" and flag colors.

Eventually we landed on a happy medium between this and the old branding- making some adjustments to the new logo and switching up the color pallete to have more earthy tones of blue, red, and yellow.

I had so much fun getting to help this brand evolve and see all of the months of hard work pay off once the new site was launched.

Who knows.. I may get a chance down the road to design another fly shop website🤞🏽
