Quiption. V2

Good call on chunking up the type, hive-mind. I really want to make this quotation mark thing work, the speech bubble just isn't quite right conceptually.

Top row has filled in counters on the cap.
Second row is the same but with counters.
Third row has counters, and the dots on the "i"s and the period were changed to rounds to match the "Q".
