Augusta Local Specialty Coffee Shop

For me, it takes time to create a passion project. It has to make sense. It needs to solve a problem, speak to business goals and make it easier for users to connect.

Branding on its own is also an essential part of design. And when I don't know the business's context and origin story of the business it makes it a bit harder to create a website. Then I asked myself: What kind of information architecture should I do? What would users want to see? What the business might want to share or promote? What are they trying to communicate?

You know all those things that depend on two parties which I couldn't ask in this case. But I decided to start and see where it goes. After I create the skeleton of this landing page, I will create the mobile version, and add colour palettes, visuals, and maybe some coffee-inspired elements...And who knows maybe will open @procreate and do some drawing elements too ๐Ÿค”

The inspiration behind the design is the newly opened @augustocoffeeshop just renamed Augusta ๐Ÿ˜

Playing with imagery and colours

After the version decided to rearrange the layout and use the zig-zag pattern below the hero section to make it look like a path to the menu, which is the most enticing part of the website.

Not long after used the Figma to Webflow plugin to transfer the design to Webflow. Planning to experiment with adding a couple of interactions and animations in the future and publishing the page for demonstration purposes.
