Concord Email Template System

Concord Technologies is an industry-leading provider of secure document exchange solutions for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the world. In response to a company rebrand, I collaborated with them to refresh their email marketing templates. Tasked with designing and developing new templates using the Hubspot templating language, I focused on creating a comprehensive system of modules and components for the drag-n-drop email builder. This approach enables the marketing team to effortlessly craft on-brand campaigns without the need for extensive design or coding skills. Designed and developed with accessibility standards in mind, all of my emails utilize as much live text as possible, are optimized for mobile, and have a high deliverability rate.

The result is a dynamic email template system that aligns seamlessly with Concord’s rebranding goals. With modular design principles and compatibility with Hubspot’s intuitive interface, the marketing team can now efficiently create captivating campaigns. By eliminating the need for manual design and coding, resources are redirected towards strategic planning, ultimately fostering stronger connections with customers and partners, and propelling organizational growth.
