BUSINESS CHALLENGE
The client wanted a modern platform for content, project, financial and user management that they could later sell to their customers. It was necessary to create a collaborative workspace as well as integrate disparate tools.
SOLUTION SUMMARY
Computools has developed a collaborative tool that also can collect data from users connecting to Wi-Fi hotspots. The AIM platform implements four main user roles, each with its own unique functionality. The administrator holds the key management status, managing users, projects, media files and finances on the platform. The client is the content provider, handling tasks and media files. The contractor is an assistant or individual performer working on projects with other roles. A service customer is an individual who provides services, monitors project materials, makes requests for new projects and tasks and manages their finances on the platform. These roles provide versatile project management and content sharing, and provide a robust system of control and collaboration on the AIM Platform.
IMPACT
The solution has enabled AIM to significantly increase the amount of data the company is working with by collecting information from Wi-Fi hotspot users. The company was able to better understand its audience and customise marketing campaigns. The new system allowed for flexibility in what data to collect, ensuring adaptability to changing business needs.
