Led the user experience design for all licensed movies and TV shows. We improved and enhanced how guests shopped, saved, pre-ordered, and looked forward to the drop of their favorite franchises to increase key performance indicators for brands like Disney, DC Studios, and Netflix. The new architecture and digital strategy increased pre-orders by 179%, conversion by 412%, and product sell-through by 185%.
