Saving Score by Credit Karma

I don't presume I am going to save the economy with this idea... but... what if all major credit bureaus also rated individuals on their savings habits, and provided a savings score that could present benefits such as even lower interest rates, lower insurance premiums, retail discounts and more. Here is a Credit Karma concept if something like Savings Score would exist... what do you think?
