Investment platform for a leading provider of Individual Retirement Accounts in USA. Moving away from outdated systems, expensive third party tools and difficult user experience (buh buy stoneage!)

This was a really memorable project as my team and I poured our hearts and extreme ownership into this. From vision workshops, user interviews, desk research and hours of refining solutions with stakeholders and users alike, we finally got to the point where the user said "Oh my gosh, I wish this existed earlier!".
