A World of Flavour-Magnitude of Flavours
Overview:
Magnitude of Flavours (MOF) is a fast-food company founded by two young South African females studying at the Tshwane University of Technology. Since most cafeterias on campus operated during the day, they saw a need to establish a fast-food company that would also accommodate evening students and staff.
They needed a full brand identity that incorporated collateral such as the logo, website as well as other stationery items needed to establish a new brand.
Challenge:
The deliverables included a logo design, company profile and menu, business cards, email signatures, letterhead, quotation and invoice, as well as social media cover images. Once these items were created, we then finished off the project with a stunning website.
Solution:
To meet this challenge, our first task was to come up with three logo concepts, of which the clients had to choose one.
Once the logo was decided upon, we then worked on the look and feel through the use of various visual styles. The various visual styles were applied to the stationery items, e.g. business cards, letterheads, email signatures, etc.
Once the visual style was established, we then moved on to creating the company profile and food menu. These were created using the visual style as agreed upon by the clients when they chose their stationery's look.
The last step was to create a website that would speak to their service offering, while showcasing tasty, affordable and well-prepared food that could be enjoyed anytime of the day and in a healthy and safe environment.
