Mobile Case Management - iOS
Review and respond, by phone or text, to customer issues while on the go. As an agent, easily sort cases based on 1-2-3 tier priority, "all", "my" and "flagged' sorting, name search, ID search and more.
Tier priority meets accessibility needs by creating 3 distinct numerical positions in a single pill-like design. As the level increases in severity, the numbers shift to the right.
Supervisors who wish to monitor the progress of their Agents can also access the app. They can directly contact an assigned Agent from case details (CALL link to Agent seen on larger attached view). They may even comment, via text, as if they are the Agent interacting with the customer.
