Events Management Web App

This project was done for an Israeli events planning company.

It included both the customer-facing website, the control panel (dashboard), and the mobile site.

The main goal was to keep the UI simple and uncluttered, elevating the UX, both for the manager/employee and the guest/customer.

Uploading Guests

The control panel allows the manager to add guests, either one by one or by uploading an Excel or CSV file.

Ease of use and quick operational flow were the main focus of this process. The process ends with clear feedback to the user on the upload operation and guests added to the event.

The Venue Control Panel is a powerful tool designed to streamline event management for venue administrators. This comprehensive solution provides a centralized command center, offering a seamless overview of all previous, current, and upcoming events at a glance.

With intuitive interfaces, venue managers can effortlessly view and edit event details, ensuring every aspect is meticulously tailored to perfection. The Seating & Table Maps feature allows for visual guest placement and management, creating a seamless and personalized experience for attendees.
