From Miami, our client, a visionary entrepreneur, runs an online dancing pole business, offering both sales and instructional content. We're tasked to create a mobile app for iOS and Android, providing an integrated platform for product purchases, learning pole dancing techniques, and community engagement, moving beyond YouTube tutorials.

Solution We Provided:

In response to our client's innovative needs from Miami, we developed a mobile app that skillfully integrates e-commerce, video streaming, and community features, specifically for her business in selling dancing poles and providing pole dancing lessons. The project began with an in-depth user persona analysis, particularly focusing on potential female customers. This led to the creation of a user-friendly, elegant, and women-friendly UX design, ensuring the app's accessibility and appeal to a broad audience. Our design approach was centered around simplicity and responsiveness, catering to diverse user preferences.

For the technology framework, we chose a hybrid stack, facilitating a consistent cross-platform experience across iOS and Android. Video streaming was optimized for low bandwidth environments, allowing uninterrupted access to instructional content. The integration of AWS services provided a robust solution for secure video and data management, along with efficient content delivery via a Content Delivery Network.
