App for GO, a bakery company
My role: UX Designer
Goal: To design an app to streamline the purchase process, tracking, and delivery of products from GO, a healthy artisanal bakery.
Main challenge: Users had to call the bakery to inquire about available products. There was no general information about each product and its ingredients, and once the order was placed, it was difficult to track.
Product: An application that simplifies the purchase of bakery products.
Pain points: There's too much information, making it difficult to know which products are available and if they have features like gluten-free or sugar-free options. / The purchasing process is slow, requiring a visit to the store and spending time while entering shipping details. / Often, it's necessary to call to confirm the status of the order.
Research study: Moderated research with 5 users to evaluate the usability of the prototype.
Details of the research study: Easy to use. The tone of communication could be friendlier. Buttons and options could be simplified. Numbers help guide the user through the process.
