#7 - Ruul Testimonials Redesign
Design: Concept testimonials design for Ruul.
Goal: Increase social proof and trust.
How did I do it?
Specified the section to only include customer support-related reviews.
Included the average responsive time as well.
Added a link to Trustpilot with the number of reviews to show these are real testimonials (and that there are more available).
Highlighted important parts to increase scannability.
Provided more information about the user, such as their profile picture and location, to increase authenticity and humanize the testimonials.
Showed more testimonials in the slider.
Added 5-stars to make it easier to recognize that these are in fact, 5-star reviews.
Included the company's overall Trustpilot score.
Why specified into only CS-related reviews?
Their Customer Support team receives a lot of praise. Since this is a fintech app, users tend to be extra cautious with their money. Knowing beforehand that they won't have to deal with chatbots and that they will receive fast, quality support is a key factor in building trust.
Having an entire section dedicated to praising the CS team also boosts the motivation of team members within that department.
