BandWagon
Project Introduction BandWagon is a unique platform designed to connect artists and their fans. It serves as an application and dashboard where artists can list their concerts, and fans can schedule and purchase tickets. This project aimed to create a seamless and user-friendly experience for both artists and fans.
UX/UI Design Process
User Experience (UX): Conducted extensive research to understand the needs and pain points of both artists and fans. This helped in creating a user-centric design that enhances the overall user experience.
Personas: Developed detailed user personas to represent the different user types that might use the service. These personas helped in understanding the users’ needs, experiences, behaviors, and goals.
User Journey Map: Created a user journey map to visualize the process that a user goes through to achieve a goal. This helped in identifying key interactions and potential pain points in the user journey.
Wireframes: Developed wireframes to outline the structure and layout of the application and dashboard. This served as a blueprint for the UI design phase.
User Interface (UI): Designed the visual elements of the application and dashboard, including color scheme, typography, and iconography, to create an aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interface.
Prototype: Created a high-fidelity prototype of the application and dashboard that demonstrates the functionality and interactivity of the UI design.
Tools Used
Adobe XD: Used for creating wireframes, designing the UI, and building the prototype.
Figma: Used for collaborative design and feedback.
Miro: Used for creating the user journey map.
My Role
As a UX/UI designer for this project, I was responsible for conducting user research, creating personas, developing the user journey map, designing the wireframes and UI, and building the prototype. I also collaborated with the development team to ensure the design was implemented correctly.
