Project Overview Crown is a unique social media application that stands out with its distinctive feature of rewarding users with prizes (crowns). The project involved the creation of UX, Personas, User Journey Map, wireframes, UI design, and a working prototype.
Objective The primary goal of Crown was to create a social media platform that not only allows users to post daily videos and selfies but also engages them through challenges with the opportunity to win prizes.
Design Process The design process began with the development of User Experience (UX) design, focusing on optimizing the application for user engagement and satisfaction. This was followed by the creation of Personas, representing the key user types that the application aims to serve.
A User Journey Map was then developed to visualize the process that a user goes through to achieve a goal within the app. This helped in understanding the users’ needs, motivations, and pain points.
