After going about users and business needs lots of features and ideas came to mind when I was working on this project, but then, every website design comes with what is called “trade-offs” features that have to go for other features to be designed & built.
How did I decide what features (especially Loyalty Programs) are added to the project?
Importance: How important is this feature to the users and business needs?
Feasibility/ Viability: Can this feature be designed with the current time and resources? Can it be sustained?
I followed some interesting steps to answer these questions and then added the Loyalty Program feature to the website design.
