Today we are excited to share the UX Research & Design process we did for the Zerve.

The client

Zerve is a unified developer space for data science and AI. Zerve’s data science development environment gives data science and ML teams a unified space to explore, collaborate, build and deploy data science & AI projects like never before. With its revolutionary architecture, Zerve is on a mission to elevate the impact of data science & AI on the world.

The solution

From the stakeholder interviews, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis, we created a research synthesis presentation. This presentation includes our suggestions for the new website and a detailed implementation strategy. We also provided a sitemap with comprehensive information architecture for each webpage. When creating wireframes for Zerve, our main goal was to guide users on the page highlighting the product's features, emphasizing Zerve's exceptional architecture, and assuring them that Zerve is their best choice.

The result

We successfully delivered the website on schedule, providing the Zerve team with a clean, modern website that emphasizes its unique features and raises awareness of Zerve's product within the community. The website includes a product changelog section where users can see future updates and a resource section where the Zerve team can publish articles, allowing them to share their expertise and establish themselves as leaders in their field.
