a little factory floor scrap I forgot to post...

A while back I was trying to make the perfect homemade pizza crust. While I waited for the dough to proof one hungry Friday afternoon, I whipped this little ditty up. Probably not the direction I'd go if I were making my own slice shop today; but it's a solid start.
