The project's aim was to create an engaging and intuitive UI/UX design for an e-learning platform named "Fluenci". As the Lead UI/UX Designer, my role was to oversee the design of a platform that caters to users seeking to enhance their skills through online courses, ensuring the design was learner-centric, and provided easy access to courses, progress tracking, and a personal achievement system.

Key Features of the Dashboard:

- Personalized Welcome: Spearheaded the design of a dynamic welcome message system to create a connection with users.

- Course Progress Tracking: Oversaw the integration of visual progress indicators to motivate users.

- New Courses and Recommendations: Initiated the use of an algorithm for personalized course recommendations.

- Course Statistics: Designed comprehensive analytics to track and promote user engagement and learning outcomes.

- Integrated Calendar and Schedule: Implemented a scheduling feature to assist users in managing their learning.

- Achievement Tracking: Introduced a gamified achievement system to incentivize and guide learners.

- Upgrade Path: Strategized the presentation of Pro membership benefits to drive platform growth.

Outcome:

I delivered an e-learning platform that balances aesthetic appeal with functional design. The platform is tailored to the needs of modern learners, offering a centralized dashboard for accessing educational content, monitoring progress, and planning their educational journey.
