Recruitify • Web Recruitment Platform

This snapshot showcases my first collaboration with a development team. Tackling the headaches of old-school recruitment, endless spreadsheets and manual candidate tracking, I jumped at the chance to work on a web platform that reimagines the recruitment process for an IT firm. For me, this project was more than just work; it was a mission to build a central hub where hiring teams could effortlessly manage campaigns, tests, and interviews. For the candidates, it offered a streamlined journey to apply, excel in assessments and secure interviews and find our feedback and results, all within an intuitive digital framework.

For the recruiter side, we enabled admins to customize their calendars, allowing candidates to choose their interview slots immediately after passing their tests. Recognizing the importance of diversity in testing, we introduced the option to vary question types—from multiple-choice to open-ended questions—enabling the creation of customized tests that evolve with each stage and role.

Diving deep into this project opened my eyes to the real-world pulse of working on a project where you can actually solve a problem for real users.
