Network Issue Identification App — Switch/Stack Behavior

Case Study

Hey Dribbblers,

Most network switches are organized into stacks—units of two or more switches.

During user interviews, I learned from experienced network admins that if the top switch in a stack is non-responsive, and any of the switches underneath is responsive, it is a good habit to test the entire stack right away—not focusing on each switch individually.

So how did this affect my design decisions? Stay tuned and learn in the next post 👀
