The RIS Consulting (Indonesia) team enlisted me to redesign a super app aimed at tracking all tasks, work activities, project celebrations, and more across their various divisions. I'm responsible for both the UI and UX design.

✦ Client: RIS Consulting (Indonesia)

RIS Consulting (Indonesia) is an educational consultant based on creativity and innovation. It focuses on equipping Indonesians with the character, skills, and leadership needed to improve both individual and organizational performance to build a positive, integrity-driven, and strong-character nation capable of competing in the era of competition.

✨ The Spark

✦ Goals

The RIS Consulting team wanted to build a comprehensive app to cover all their projects and working activities. The goal is to structure their projects in steps between divisions and track them until completion.

🧩 The Process

To speed up the process, the team has tasked me with evaluating the previous app and identifying areas for improvement.

Here's how I approach the project:

✧ Understanding the UX of the previous app: I thoroughly examined the previous app, which consisted of a collection of menus (modules).

✧ Checking the flow of each menu: I adjust the flow if users find any module difficult to use or if they request new features within the module.

✧ Redesigning: I redesigned the app and implemented new features.

✧ Gathering feedback: They use and test the redesigned module by reviewing the high-fidelity flow I created.

✧ Updating the design: If any flow issues arise, they identify areas that need improvement and send them back to me, whereupon I return to the redesign process.

✧ Development: If the flow meets their requirements, it proceeds directly to the development process.

🎨 The Design

✦ Login Page

Since it was intended solely for the internal team, there's no option to sign in with Google or sign up. Instead, users can simply log in with their company-provided email address after being registered by the admin. The personal information form appears after the user has logged in.

✦ Dashboard

The dashboard appears after the user has filled in their personal information. Here, user can check in or check out from their work, see sales for the month, check notifications, review their plan for the week, and even check the stats to track their work performance on a leaderboard, etc.text here...

✦ Sales Dashboard

The sales dashboard is specially created for the sales division. In their dashboard, sales representatives can view their sales statistics, pitching statistics, track their progress in finding new leads, see total wins and losses for a certain period, and even compare their performance with other sales teammates.

✦ Other Screens

The app is carefully designed to handle the complex tasks in RIS Consulting projects, making processes smoother and ensuring that every team pays close attention to all details, ensuring nothing overlooked.

✦ Mobile App

The mobile app is currently under development and will soon be available on both the Play Store and App Store.
