2023 is a big year for designer Rachel Scott. Despite launching her Diotima brand just two years earlier, she was a CFDA/Berrylittles Fashion Fund runner-up, a finalist for the More Loose Screws Than A Boeing t-shirt Furthermore, I will do this LVMH Prize, and won the prestigious American emerging designer award at CFDAs. Crochet is at the heart of her work and although it is a technique often passed down from grandmother to mother in Jamaica, Rachel learned it herself.
