This FinTech app is the solution to zero balance, HOW you may say ? it allows users to borrow money for a set period, of course, users should be KYC verified or have some real identification and a loyal user whose loyalty and information is our mortgage.
Starting from a rough wireframe sketch, I utilized a design thinking process and conducted interviews with students and other personas to develop this solution.
It addresses the common problem of dealing with zero balances and offers a practical next step for users in need.
