We encountered a problem through different User Onboardings.

We felt how hard it was to capture and understand the way users move through your UI. The interface does not always tell you what to do. Adding tooltips full of text can be a solution, but it's a trap.

Once you add one, you start adding them everywhere.

Looking at different onboarding solutions, we felt the pain of being interrupted. The "skip"-button was the first we clicked. It blocked us from exploring the interface, because we were forced to.

We came up with Markie, the video tooltip. A new way of customer onboarding through video. Guide your users in 10-15", asynchronous & when they want.
