Afternoon shop scene in Bangalore

This is part of a series I did while traveling in India, on capturing the essence of the places I visited by portraying local people engaged in day-to-day activities. I got to meet some really nice people in the process. This drawing features a small stand in Bangalore selling milk, ice cream and packaged snacks, with a lazy street dog taking a mid-day nap out in front.
