Today I am sharing the redesign of an innovative mobile and web app, user experience for Reliance HMO. The design benchmarks the industry standard by utilizing technology to transform and improve HMO services for its customers. The design takes the industry further by providing features beyond its users' information to access their HMO plan but also incorporates advanced tools and functionalities to allow its users to improve their journey and navigation within the healthcare industry.

features such as:

- Instant Doctor consultations

- Book appointments for any Provider

- Save provider's identity and vitals 

This series showcases the components, and designs that tell a story of how its users will benefit from cutting-edge features while leveraging this user flow.
