New lemlist pricing plans

We brought 3 changes to our pricing plans for lemlist:

1. Two new plans, a cheaper and a more expensive one to have a stronger fit with our targets and to cover better complete beginners and experts.

2. A new billing currency: quarterly, to give more flexibility in the discounts for users.

3. Allow multiple emails from the same person on each plan to allow users to do more volume for the same price.
