3D room infographic

Guys from FixForm asked me to create a composition of objects for its property management app, in which tenants can submit service requests and landlords can manage them effectively. It was supposed to simply create a group of objects that most often appear in the requests, but I suggested going a little further and adding more meaning to the illustration. To show that the app is not just processing a request for a broken coffee maker, it is creating cozy and comfort for tenants, and for landlords it allows to see all requests literally on their hand.

This idea was fully supported by the client

and I started designing the details of the 3D scene.

When we discussed the almost finished illustration, it turned out that the background would be replaced with a dark blue one, more suitable for the client's brand. So I decided to completely recolor the room and all the objects so that they fit better with the background.

Truth be told, I really love projects about houses and farms. Every time I work on them, it's like I'm creating a dream place where I'd like to live myself.
