Business Internet Banking

Project Introduction

The business banking application is not just software; it's a tool that businesses use to manage their operations.

User Roles:

  • Requestor: This role involves raising requests to release funds.

  • Authoriser: Responsible for authorizing transactions once a requestor raises and takes decision on providing approval or rejecting the requests.

  • Checker: This role oversees both the Authoriser and Requestor for fund releases and releases the fund on the right time.

Problem Statement

Home and Account page are almost same in the current application with only minimal difference between the two.

Moreover, the application lacks an overview section detailing total funds that are awaiting approval and those pending to release, comparing to the total funds they have.

Navigation, banking terminology, and finding information like accessing account statements and loan information are other problems that users reported.

Design Thinking

  • Navigation menu position changed from left hand to the top, so users have more space for the tables where the user pays more attention while doing any transaction.

  • .Cards has been replaced with table to show more information.

  • The pie chart shows whatever the funds that the business have versus what they are going to release the funds in their day to day activity.
