In 2022-2023, I held the key position of Senior UX/UI Designer at the American financial start-up symmetRE. When I joined the team, there were only three developers in the company and no appointed designer.

My arrival brought significant changes, transforming a raw product into a quality and carefully developed tool. This allowed us to successfully enter the market and quickly increase our customer base.

One of my key achievements was creating an effective design system. This significantly accelerated the development process for new features and allowed us to expand our design and development team.

My work had a positive impact on the success of the company, as evidenced by its steady growth and development of the project. My drive for innovation, as well as my ability to organize and optimize work processes make me a valuable employee for any team.
