Our task was to create a user-friendly ecosystem that connects customers with the Ledolux team and supports their operations. The company manufactures LED lighting on a large scale and participates in numerous tenders, making the easy generation of offers and handling ongoing customer inquiries a top priority. How we solved the module of offer generation.
The offer generator was created based on the experiences of the Company sales team. It offers a full range of editing capabilities, which we present in points below.
Automatic data completion such as importing data about company from the GUS portal by its VAT ID

Offer Status and priority
Configurator Proces
An advanced method for selecting lighting products for special types of spaces.
The configurator aims to both select the right lighting for a new investment as well as for an existing one. We will follow “Modernization” path. It is smiliar to “New Investment” path but with more options.
Step 1
Parameters of the selected object.
Each of the above-mentioned facilities has its own specificity, but we have chosen office spaces for presentation purposes. The configurator has predetermined assumptions for the given facilities, which cannot be exceeded for reasons of health and safety law in Poland. In this step, we enter the parameters of the object, which we validate and calculate to obtain properly selected products in the next step.
Step 2
Choose one of the proposed products.
Based on previously entered data, the configurator calculated which products meet the relevant conditions. Each product has appropriate additional options added, which the user can optionally select. Based on the selected product, the configurator selects the layout and the number of lamps needed in the next step.
Step 3
The algorithm calculates the layout and quantity of products.
The presented information is the result of the calculation of the two previous steps in which the user made choices. The data is presented in numerical form as well as visual representation of the calculated lighting parameters.
Step 4
Return on investment calculation.
The configurator, based on the data entered by the user on the current energy consumption and information on the proposed new lighting, calculates the time needed for the invested amount to be returned to the customer.
Step 5 & 6
The last two steps are a summary of the information collected so far and filling out the contact form.
The calculation results and the data filled in by the customer are then sent both to his mailbox in the form of a summary and to the CRM platform to be then handled by the company team.

We made every effort to ensure that the system reflects Clients branding elements while adding our own touches. Minor color adjustments and the creation of new interface elements have resulted in a cohesive integration with the client's existing projects.
