10X | Ecommerce Web App

I spearheaded the design and development of 10X's front-end app, integrating responsive Media Queries SASS, CSS & Atomic Design principles, and simplifying WhatsApp shopping through prototypes and iterations. With over 2K active stores and 1M+ transactions, 10X provides sellers with tools for effective use of WhatsApp as a sales channel, including automating order summaries to streamline customer interactions and reduce manual efforts.

By allowing store owners the option to integrate up to 5 payment gateways, online shopping is enabled in their stores through a very intuitive flow that I designed for users to complete their checkout in just 3 steps, reducing abandoned carts by up to 64%.
