As a UX/UI Designer at Ropstar, one of the companies of Polymath Ventures, I crafted an intuitive and navigable interface for a thriving second-hand clothing marketplace for Latin America, prioritizing a swift, satisfying, and secure transactional experience for both buyers and sellers. I take pride in this contribution and eagerly anticipate tackling similar future challenges.

Through research and user feedback, we reduced seller registration bounce rates by up to 38% with an optimized onboarding process, improving store quality. Using Hotjar, I enhanced the product page, boosting add-to-cart actions by prioritizing key information and implementing a floating purchase button on mobile. We also refined Ropstar's product filters, simplifying navigation and earning positive user reviews.
