"Sky Bathing"
My submission for the 50th aircraft livery design contest for AirBaltic, named "Sky Bathing”, draws inspiration from the Japanese concept of Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing), advocating for a deeper connection with nature and the surrounding atmosphere.
This design offers a unique way to perceive a flight, envisioning the aircraft as a gateway through which passengers not only board but also merge with the sky itself. It's more than a journey; it's a moment for renewal, reflection and inspiration.
Ultimately, it recognizes technology's role in facilitating connections but emphasizes the design's core focus on our deep bond with nature and the significance of meaningful connections with those dear to us.
