Eskode is a mobile and desktop digital innovation that will securely link cops with their victims and witnesses on a secure platform.
Challenges
Outdated User Interface: The existing applications had outdated and complex user interfaces, making it challenging for police officers to access critical information swiftly.
Inefficient Task Management: Eskode needed a more streamlined task management system to enhance productivity for both officers and administrators.
User-Centric Victim Support: Creating a victim app that would provide intuitive and compassionate support to crime victims, ensuring ease of reporting and access to resources.
Contributed to user-centric design for six months on the "Escort" police app. Collaborated closely with the founder to develop a comprehensive design strategy and execute user-friendly interfaces. The app is currently under development.
