Medical Dashboard - V1

Here's an early proposal draft of a clinical dashboard that I made for the Wellframe platform. As a Care Manager, you'd be able to view important stats about your patients, sort patients by New, Priority, and Scheduled. You'd also have your own profile and actions (such as Logout), and Search/Settings functionality.

Finally, a Care Manager would be able to view inbound Actions and Messages, and respond to both. The third section is a message thread, which contains a record of the Care Manager and Patient's interactions. The dashboard also gives the CM contextual advice on what to discuss with their patient, based on the patient's future events and health stats.
