Remake of Hints Desktop app / Home

About two years ago, the Hints app had a desktop version, which was a port of the already established mobile version to desktop. We decided not to expand the mobile functionality, just to make it convenient for desktop users + for those who need to quickly save information in a work environment.

The most challenging part was navigation: we decided to expand the mobile action panel into the left sidebar, and then move the entire content area into the second level of navigation. The editor, which in the mobile app opened in a separate window, was always open in the desktop version, which turned out to be a convenient solution.
