The solution we’ve designed helps HR teams build internal applications with a no-code builder. They use a simple conditional logic that helps them funnel candidates into one of two branches - True (Candidate proceeds to the next stage) and False (Candidate is rejected) based on the information they provide. Users can also define custom, personalized messages that are sent to each candidate based on the status and state of their recruitment process.
