The customer

The GCGC conference series, which facilitates this best-in-class discussion forum, is an ECGI initiative supported by twelve universities (Harvard, Oxford, Tokyo, Singapore, Frankfurt, Stockholm University, Imperial College London, Columbia, Yale, Peking, Seoul, Stanford)

The project

The GCGC website project aimed to enhance the client's online presence and streamline event management processes through the implementation of Odoo. The primary focus was on revamping the current website to ensure a modern, user-friendly interface and improved functionality. Odoo, a comprehensive business management software, was integrated to facilitate efficient event management, allowing the client to seamlessly organize and coordinate events online. This involved features such as event registration, ticketing, and attendee management, ensuring a smooth and centralized process. The project not only aimed to enhance the visual appeal of the website but also to provide GCGC with a robust online platform for effective event planning and execution.
