The 4th largest rental company in the world, Loxam is in the digital transformation stage, with agencies in 30 countries and nearly 11,800 employees.

After the in-depth analysis of the user experience within agencies: interviews, user experience maps, focus groups, professional expert workshops, use of data analysis tools, I designed an essential internal SaaS tool used daily by 5,000 users.
