Exhibition Booth Design for Airscan

Compact yet located strategically, I designed this booth with a focus on helping Airscan to educate and network with its potential partners and clients during the 3-day exhibition. Given the compact space, the company chose a practical approach by using a unique truss system in creating the booth structure. 

Challenge:

Interpreting how the booth is seen from every angle and how people will interact with it. This was Airscan's first exhibition, the pressure was on communicating the brand's essence through the designs and choosing which information should be featured.

What I learned:

How to communicate clearly with vendors and the event organisers to ensure a smooth process while meeting the deadline. As events like this take months to prepare, a calendar, to-do list and weekly meetings with the stakeholders were helpful!

P.S. I didn't do any 3D rendering. Instead, I photoshopped the design onto a rendered structure and adjusted its size and placement within the space.
